My account

I’m not a customer, but would like to access the collection. Is that possible?

To view our collection, you will need an account. You can create an account on the login page. We will check your details within two working days then allow you to access the website. In principle, only potential customers will be given access to the collection. The collection is not available for gaining inspiration or for private customers.

How do I become a customer?

To become a customer and place an order via the webshop, you will need to create an account. We will check your details within two working days then allow you to access the website. We only sell to companies; not to private individuals. It is also possible to register as a customer during visits to our showroom, during a visit to our trade fair stand or to one of our agents.

I don’t have a VAT number, what happens now?

If you do not have a VAT number, please enter no vat in the registration form. We will then decide whether you will be allowed to access the website. This can take up to two working days. If you don’t have a VAT number, 21% VAT will be added to the value of the order. We only sell to companies; not to private individuals.

I don’t have a company, can I still be a customer?

No, we only sell to companies; not to private individuals.

I’ve forgotten my username, what happens now?

Your username usually consists of the e-mail address you used to create your account. If you don't know this e-mail address anymore, please contact us via info@bbfabrics.com.

I’ve forgotten my password, what happens now?

Have you forgotten your password? Press the Forgotten password button and we will send you a new password by e-mail. You can change this password into a password of your choice immediately.

Order

How can I place an order?

There are different ways of placing an order:

* webshop: this is the easiest and quickest way of placing an order. Orders placed via the webshop are also the quickest to be processed by our warehouse.

* e-mail: send your order to info@bbfabrics.com

* visit our showroom: we are open every weekday from 8.00 am - 5.00 pm. Please make an appointment in advance.

* via an agent: We have representatives throughout Europe. If you want to be visited by one of our agents, please contact our customer services via info@bbfabrics.com.

 

If you send your order via e-mail or fax, do not forget to include the following information:

* Company name + customer number

* Street, postcode, town/city, country

* VAT number

* Width (140 cm or 280 cm)

* Item number including colour number

* Number of metres

* In the event of a different delivery address, please indicate this clearly!

 

 

 

 

 

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, if you place an order via the webshop, you will receive an order confirmation as soon as you have placed the order. If you place an order by e-mail, you will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours.

Do you sell to private individuals?

No, we only sell to companies; not to private individuals.

Are you able to duplicate the rolls?

Yes, this is possible for orders from 1,000 metres per item. We ask for a surcharge of €0.25 cents per metre. If you want to use this service, please contact our customer service via info@bbfabrics.com.

What is the minimum order unit?

You can only order half or complete rolls from us. You can order a one-time sample per item from 1 to 10 metres.

What is the CPT limit?

The CPT limit differs per country. When you place an order through the webshop you will automatically see the CPT limit in your shopping basket. For information about the CPT limit, you can contact customer service via info@bbfabrics.com.

Are transport costs calculated for subsequent deliveries?

If the original order is CPT, this also applies to subsequent deliveries. Otherwise, shipping costs will be calculated for subsequent deliveries. Some countries are an exception to this rule.

Is it possible to imprint/print/weave your own design?

If you are interested in developing your own designs, please contact our design department: design@bbfabrics.com. We can then go through the options with you.

Pay

What is the payment term?

The payment term is 30 days after the invoice date.

Can I pay by cheque?

Yes, you can pay by cheque, but administration costs of €50.00 will be charged. If you want to make use of this, please contact our customer service via info@bbfabrics.com.

My invoice is incorrect, what happens now?

If your invoice is incorrect, please contact our customer service via info@bbfabrics.com. We will check the invoice and correct it for you if necessary by means of a correction invoice or a credit note.

I have a question for accounting, where can I go?

Send your question by e-mail to finance@bbfabrics.com. 

Which payment methods can I choose from?

By bank, cash, direct debit, credit card or by cheque. No PayPal.

Do I pay VAT or not?

Dutch companies and companies without a VAT number will be charged 21% VAT. No VAT will be charged in other European countries.

Delivery

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, that is possible. If you order via the webshop, you can enter a different delivery address under my information. If placing an order by e-mail, please indicate the different delivery address very clearly!

What is the delivery time?

We strive to process and ship orders within three working days. The exact delivery time depends on the size of the order and the country to which the order is to be delivered.

Not all my ordered items can be delivered, what happens now?

We can deliver most of our collection from stock, but of course an item may not be immediately available from time to time. These items will be automatically placed on backorder and delivered as soon as possible.

There was a mistake with my order, what happens now?

Contact our customer service via info@bbfabrics.com, we will solve the problem as soon as possible.

The transportation costs differ per delivery country and the quantity ordered. Please contact our customer service via info@bbfabrics.com.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, you are welcome to visit our showroom from Monday to Friday. The opening hours are 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. We advise you to make an appointment via info@bbfabrics.com.

Do your fabrics have an Oekotex certificate?

What are the washing instructions?

Please refer to the webshop for the washing instructions. The washing instructions are described here per item.

How much can the material shrink?

If you comply with the washing instructions, shrinkage of 3% to 5% is acceptable.

What is the report of a design?

How can I see the true size of a design?

Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to show the designs in full size.

Can colours really differ from the photos on the webshop?
