For almost a century, we have been passionately committed to creating the most beautiful home décor collections. Our fabrics have found their way to interior design professionals and retailers throughout Europe, and we are proud of that. Now it is time for the next step. Together with Quality Textiles, one of Europe's largest wholesalers of fashion and children's fabrics, we are joining forces.

One-stop-shop

The aim of this merger is very simple: greater convenience and better service. Soon, you will be able to purchase all your fabrics – whether for fashion, children's collections or home décor – in one place. A true one-stop-shop! This will make ordering easier, clearer and faster.

B&B Fabrics will continue to exist and we will continue to do what we love most – developing stylish home décor collections. Behind the scenes, we will combine the strengths of both companies – with smarter logistics, international clout and even more creative possibilities.

What exactly is changing?
B&B Fabrics was officially acquired by Quality Textiles in August 2025. We are now part of the Quality Textiles Group. The name B&B Fabrics will remain unchanged.

Why is this acquisition taking place?
Quality Textiles and B&B Fabrics serve a similar customer group, but both have their own product line. Quality Textiles specialises in fashion and women's fabrics, while B&B Fabrics produces home décor collections. By working together, we can offer a complete range from a single platform and work more efficiently.

Will B&B Fabrics continue to exist?
Yes. The B&B brand, collections and team will remain active. From now on, we will operate under the Quality Textiles banner, but we will continue to do what we love most – creating beautiful collections.

Will the range of home décor fabrics change?
We will continue to produce home décor collections as you are accustomed to. The Spring-Summer Collection is ready and we will present it together at Heimtextil in January 2026. We will also launch a Mid-Season Collection in the spring and are already working on next year's Autumn-Winter Collection. In the future, the range may be expanded with new qualities or updated combinations.

Will the ordering process change?
In the short term, everything will remain the same. The contact persons and account managers at B&B Fabrics and Quality Textiles will remain the same. The online ordering processes will also remain unchanged for the time being. Untill the 1st of November you can continue to log in to the B&B Fabrics portal to order home décor fabrics.
In the future, we will merge the online platforms for greater convenience and service. We will, of course, keep you informed of any developments.

Can Quality Textiles customers order home décor fabrics from B&B Fabrics?
Quality Textiles customers who do not have login details for the B&B Fabrics portal can register as new customers. We will then send you your login details as soon as possible.
