How do I create an account?

You need an account to view our collection. You can apply for an account on the ‘’Become a client’’ page. We will check your details within two business days. Only potential clients get access to the collection. The collection is not available for inspiration or private customers.

I don't have a business, can I still access the webshop?

No, we only sell to businesses, not to private individuals. Don't have a business and want to know where to buy our products? Please get in touch with our customer service at info@bbfabrics.com

I have a company but no VAT number, what should I do?

If you do not have a VAT number, enter ''no vat'' on the registration form. We will determine whether you can be given access to the webshop. This may take up to two business days. If you do not have a VAT number, your order amount is increased by 21% VAT. We only sell to businesses, not to private individuals.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Go to the ''login page'' and click on ''Forgot password?''. Enter your username and click 'Reset'. We will send you an email with a link to change your password.

I forgot my username, what should I do?

Normally, your username consists of the e-mail address you used to create your account. If you do not remember this e-mail address, please contact our customer service team on tel. +31 73 503 2480 or at info@bbfabrics.com.

How can I change my data?

You can request a change under "My Account" > "My details".

We will change your data accordingly.

How do I log out?

You will find your client name at the top of each page. A menu will appear once you click on it. At the bottom of the menu, you will find a logout button. Please log out for your own privacy and security after visiting our website, so that no one else can access your personal data.

How do I delete my account?

We will miss you... But if you really want to delete your account, you can. Think about it carefully because once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to see our collection or your orders and invoices. Are you sure? Send an email to info@bbfabrics.com and we will delete your account within 2 business days.

How do I subscribe to or unsubscribe from the newsletter?

We like to surprise you with exclusive previews, trends, inspiration and much more. Would you like to subscribe to or unsubscribe from the newsletters? You can edit your newsletter details under "My Account" > "Newsletter". Want to unsubscribe? There is an unsubscribe button at the bottom of each mailing.

Can I change or cancel my order?
  • Did you change your mind? You can change or cancel the order if it has not been shipped yet. For changes or cancellations, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible on tel. +31 73 503 2480 or info@bbfabrics.com.
Can you also double rolls?

Yes, we can do this from 1,000 metres per item. A surcharge of €0.50 cents per metre will apply. If you wish to take advantage of this option, please contact our customer service team on tel. +31 73 503 2480 or at info@bbfabrics.com

What is the minimum order quantity?

We can only process orders for half or whole rolls. You can, however, order a sample of 1 metre for each item once. We do not apply a minimum order amount.

How do I know that my shopping is secure?

We treat your personal data with care. All pages, including those where you enter or view your data, are well secured. How do you know this is the case? The URL starts with https:// instead of the usual http://. The letter 's' stands for 'secure'. In addition, you will see a small lock icon in the address bar and the address bar will turn green. When you shop with us, the URL will always look like this: https://www.bbfabrics.com.

When you place an order for the first time, your order is shipped after you have paid. If this goes well the first time(s), we can switch to a 30-day net payment period upon request.

Can I pay by cheque or paypal?

No, this is not possible. 

My invoice is incorrect, what should I do?

If the invoice is incorrect, please contact our customer service team at info@bbfabrics.com. We will check the invoice and, if necessary, correct it for you through a correction invoice or credit note. 

I have a question for accounting, whom should I contact?

Do I pay VAT?

Dutch companies and companies without a valid VAT number are charged 21% VAT. VAT is not charged in other countries within Europe.

How soon will I receive my order?

We aim to process and ship orders within three business days. The exact delivery time depends on the size of the order and the country of delivery. See the table below with estimated delivery times for DPD shipments. Once your order has been dispatched, you can track the shipment via a track & trace link.

 How do I track the shipment?

You will find a track & trace link to track your order on the invoice. When your order is shipped with DPD, DPD will keep you informed about the status.

Not all items ordered have been delivered, what should I do?

Most of our collection is readily available from stock; however, there may be instances where an item is not immediately available for delivery. These items are placed in backorder automatically and are delivered as soon as possible.

Are delayed deliveries subject to transport costs?

We do not charge transportation costs for delayed deliveries.

How do I return something?

Of course, we hope you are happy with your purchase. Should you want to return or exchange something, however, please contact us at info@bbfabrics.com. Please include the company name, contact name, order number, item code(s) and reason for return in your request.

The fabric looks much different in real life than expected, what should I do?

On the rare occasion that a delivered item does not quite live up to expectations, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at info@bbfabrics.com. We will work out a satisfactory solution together.

There is an error in the fabric, what should I do?

Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at info@bbfabrics.com and include a photo in your email. 

I received less material than ordered, what
should I do?

The number of metres delivered may differ slightly from the number ordered. If the discrepancy is significant, we will ship the missing metres as quickly as possible. Please contact our customer service team on tel. +31 73 503 2480 or at info@bbfabrics.com.

A mistake has been made with my order, what should I do?

Please contact our customer service team on tel. +31 73 503 2480 or info@bbfabrics.com, we will resolve the issue ASAP.

I want to return something, will you have it collected?

We can only collect products from our clients in exceptional cases. This is subject to consultation with our customer service team on tel. +31 73 503 2480 or at info@bbfabrics.com.

Who pays for return shipping costs?

That depends on the nature of the problem. If we made a mistake in the delivery, we will bear the costs, of course.

The Volkswagen fabrics may be resold as metred goods as well as incorporated into commercial products.

Is it possible for the actual colours to differ from those shown in the webshop photos?

We make every effort to present the fabrics in the best possible way in the webshop. The fabrics are professionally photographed and checked for colour fastness. Our displays are calibrated regularly. Still, the colours on your screen may be different from the actual fabric. Unfortunately, it is not possible to display perfect colours on screen 100% of the time. Colours may also vary from one screen to the next.

Are your fabrics Oekotex-certified?

Almost all the fabrics we sell come with an Oekotex certificate. If the product has an Oekotex certificate, this is indicated on the product page.

How much should a fabric shrink?

If you adhere to the washing instructions, a shrinkage of 3% to 5% is acceptable.

Is it possible to have one's own design printed/woven?

If you are interested in developing your own designs, please contact our design department: design@bbfabrics.com. We will walk through the options together.

Can I also see the fabrics in real life?

You are always welcome at our showroom in Berlicum, near 's Hertogenbosch. Opening hours are Mondays to Thursdays from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs and Fridays from 08:00 to 14:30 hrs. We recommend making an appointment via tel. +31 73 503 2480 or at info@bbfabrics.com.

Yes, watermark-free photos can be downloaded for all your purchased products. Go to ''My Account'' > ''My Order'' and click on the cloud with the download icon.
