Temporarily closed - We are relocating
At the beginning of November, our team will be moving, together with our collection, to the Quality Textiles location. From that moment on, we will be joining forces, both online and offline.

The natural look of linen and the advantages of cotton. Our linenlook half Panama is the best of both worlds. That is why this is our most popular fabric. Are you convinced?
Natural, warm and tough. Our linen look owes its name to the linen-like structure and the soft, earthy colour of this sheet. As a plain fabric, it is the perfect basic but we also supply it in the most beautiful prints. Our design team either draws the designs by hand, digitally or selects them with love, care and attention, especially for you. This way, you will be sure of a unique fabric in your home - of the highest quality.

Linen is beautiful, but the disadvantages of this delicate fabric are that it is not elastic, it creases and it is expensive. This is because flax has to undergo a lot of processing before the fibres can be used. Our linen look brings the look and feel of linen into your home, without the disadvantages. The composition is usually 80% cotton and 20% polyester. This means that the fabric is strong and does not crease as easily and can therefore be used for curtains, tablecloths and cushions.
Contrary to what the name might suggest, linen is not used in this neutral decorative fabric. The composition is usually made up of a mix between cotton and polyester, but we also have a collection that consists of 100% cotton.
The look of linen is achieved with the use of a so-called half-panama binding: this means that two warp threads are 'crossed over' by one thread. The cotton warp thread is ecru/white and it is beaten with a greyish colour thread made from recycled polyester or cotton (made from old clothes, towels and other residual fabrics). This two-tone combination creates a natural-looking canvas.
